期刊简介：The Journal of Financial Management of Property and Construction (JFMPC) provides an international forum which brings together theoretical and practical developments and new thinking in the financial management of property and construction throughout all its stages from initial conception, development investment, decision making, risk evaluation, site acquisition, planning, design, construction, maintenance and future life cycle valuation, financial return, change of use and possible demolition. The journal also presents a platform for the exchange of ideas in relation to cost implications of sustainability issues that are involved in property and construction developments.
