Agriculture and Human Values

期刊简介：Agriculture and Human Values is the journal of the Agriculture, Food, and Human Values Society. The Journal, like the Society, is dedicated to an open and free discussion of the values that shape and the structures that underlie current and alternative visions of food and agricultural systems.To this end the Journal publishes interdisciplinary research that critically examines the values, relationships, conflicts and contradictions within contemporary agricultural and food systems and that addresses the impact of agricultural and food related institutions, policies, and practices on human populations, the environment, democratic governance, and social equity.

【译文】《农业与人类价值观》是农业、食品与人类价值观学会的期刊。该期刊，如同学会一样，致力于开放和自由的讨论塑造当前和替代食品与农业系统价值观的结构。为此，期刊发表跨学科研究，批判性地审视当代农业与食品系统中的价值观、关系、冲突和矛盾，并探讨农业与食品相关机构、政策和实践对人类、环境、民主治理和社会公平的影响。
