Comparative Immunology Microbiology and Infectious Diseases

期刊简介：Comparative Immunology, Microbiology & Infectious Diseases aims to respond to the concept of "One Medicine" and to provide a venue for scientific exchange. Based on the concept of "Comparative Medicine" interdisciplinary cooperation between specialists in human and animal medicine is of mutual interest and benefit. Therefore, there is need to combine the respective interest of physicians, veterinarians and other health professionals for comparative studies relevant to either human or animal medicine .The journal is open to subjects of common interest related to the immunology, immunopathology, microbiology, parasitology and epidemiology of human and animal infectious diseases, especially zoonotic infections, and animal models of human infectious diseases. The role of environmental factors in disease emergence is emphasized. CIMID is mainly focusing on applied veterinary and human medicine rather than on fundamental experimental research.

【译文】比较免疫学、微生物学与传染病旨在应对‘一药多用’的概念，并为科学交流提供一个平台。基于‘比较医学’的概念，人类和动物医学专家之间的跨学科合作对双方都有兴趣和益处。因此，有必要结合医生、兽医和其他卫生专业人员对与人类或动物医学相关的比较研究的各自兴趣。该期刊欢迎与人类和动物免疫学、免疫病理学、微生物学、寄生虫学和流行病学相关的共同兴趣主题，特别是人畜共患病和人类传染病的动物模型。强调环境因素在疾病出现中的作用。CIMID主要关注应用兽医和人类医学，而不是基础实验研究。
