期刊简介：The Journal of World Intellectual Property is an international intellectual property law journal publishing in depth coverage of all aspects of IP law. We welcome papers covering trade, investment, IP rights, encryption, security and privacy, patents and the copyright exhaustion doctrine, and questions in relation to trade and investment, with a particular focus on the WTO and TRIPS. Papers exploring the challenges posed to IP by technological innovations are particularly welcome.
