The journal aims to attract original knowledge based on academic rigour and of relevance for academics, researchers, professionals, and/or public decision-makers. The European Journal of Management and Business Economics is published by Emerald on behalf of Academia Europea de Dirección y Economía de la Empresa .The journal is owned by Academia Europea de Dirección y Economía de la Empresa and is published under a diamond OA arrangement, in that all charges for publishing an OA article in the journal are funded by Academia Europea de Dirección y Economía de la Empresa. There is no charge to the author.
