Journal of Surface Investigation-x-ray Synchrotron and Neutron Techniques

期刊简介：Journal of Surface Investigation: X-ray, Synchrotron and Neutron Techniques publishes original articles on the topical problems of solid-state physics, materials science, experimental techniques, condensed media, nanostructures, surfaces of thin films, and phase boundaries: geometric and energetical structures of surfaces, the methods of computer simulations; physical and chemical properties and their changes upon radiation and other treatments; the methods of studies of films and surface layers of crystals (XRD, XPS, synchrotron radiation, neutron and electron diffraction, electron microscopic, scanning tunneling microscopic, atomic force microscopic studies, and other methods that provide data on the surfaces and thin films). Articles related to the methods and technics of structure studies are the focus of the journal. The journal accepts manuscripts of regular articles and reviews in English or Russian language from authors of all countries. All manuscripts are peer-reviewed.

【译文】表面研究：X射线、同步辐射和中子技术期刊发表关于固态物理、材料科学、实验技术、凝聚态物质、纳米结构、薄膜表面和相界面的前沿问题原创文章：表面的几何和能量结构、计算机模拟方法；物理和化学性质及其在辐射和其他处理下的变化；研究薄膜和晶体表面层的方法（XRD、XPS、同步辐射、中子和电子衍射、电子显微镜、扫描隧道显微镜、原子力显微镜研究以及其他提供表面和薄膜数据的方法）。与结构研究方法和技术的文章是该期刊的重点。该期刊接受来自所有国家的作者用英语或俄语撰写的常规文章和综述。
