Annals of the Institute of Statistical Mathematics

期刊简介：Annals of the Institute of Statistical Mathematics (AISM) aims to provide a forum for open communication among statisticians, and to contribute to the advancement of statistics as a science to enable humans to handle information in order to cope with uncertainties. It publishes high-quality papers that shed new light on the theoretical, computational and/or methodological aspects of statistical science. Emphasis is placed on (a) development of new methodologies motivated by real data, (b) development of unifying theories, and (c) analysis and improvement of existing methodologies and theories.

【译文】《统计数学研究所年报》（AISM）旨在为统计学家提供一个开放交流的平台，并致力于推动统计学作为一门科学的发展，以便人类能够处理信息以应对不确定性。它发表高质量的论文，为统计科学的理论、计算和/或方法论方面提供新的见解。重点在于（a）由实际数据激发的新方法的发展，（b）统一理论的发展，以及（c）现有方法和理论的分析与改进。
