期刊简介：JQ is published seven times a year with one issue being a special topics thematic issue. Peer Review Policy: All submissions are subject to preliminary review. Submissions may be deflected from full review when they do not meet the journal's publication standards or fit with the journal and its mission. This process ensures that authors receive timely reviews and that reviewers' time is focused only on manuscripts that strongly fit with the journal. If found suitable for further consideration, manuscripts will be reviewed by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer review is double anonymized.
