Scientia Horticulturae

期刊简介：Scientia Horticulturae is an international journal publishing research related to horticultural crops. Articles in the journal deal with open or protected production of vegetables, fruits, edible fungi and ornamentals under temperate, subtropical and tropical conditions. Papers in related areas (biochemistry, micropropagation, soil science, plant breeding, plant physiology, phytopathology, etc.) are considered, if they contain information of direct significance to horticulture. Papers on the technical aspects of horticulture (engineering, crop processing, storage, transport etc.) are accepted for publication only if they relate directly to the living product. In the case of plantation crops, those yielding a product that may be used fresh (e.g. tropical vegetables, citrus, bananas, and other fruits) will be considered, while those papers describing the processing of the product (e.g. rubber, tobacco, and quinine) will not. The scope of the journal includes all horticultural crops but does not include speciality crops such as, medicinal crops or forestry crops, such as bamboo. Basic molecular studies without any direct application in horticulture will not be considered for this journal.

【译文】《Scientia Horticulturae》是一本国际期刊，发表与园艺作物相关的研究。该期刊的文章涉及在温带、亚热带和热带条件下蔬菜、水果、食用菌和观赏植物的开放式或保护性生产。如果相关领域的论文（如生物化学、组织培养、土壤科学、植物育种、植物生理学、植物病理学等）包含对园艺有直接意义的信息，则予以考虑。只有与活产品直接相关的园艺技术方面的论文（如工程、作物加工、储存、运输等）才接受发表。在种植作物方面，那些可以新鲜食用的产品（如热带蔬菜、柑橘、香蕉和其他水果）将被考虑，而描述产品加工的论文（如橡胶、烟草和金鸡纳）则不予考虑。该期刊的范围包括所有园艺作物，但不包括如药用作物或林业作物（如竹子）等特殊作物。没有直接园艺应用的基本分子研究将不予考虑。
