期刊简介：The Journal of Property Investment & Finance (JPIF) welcomes papers relating to ALL property types that contribute to investment. This would include all commercial and residential income producing properties in a multi asset portfolio;the valuation of all property types;the analysis of property markets and the impact of sustainability initiatives. The aim of the journal is to inform and encourage debate internationally between academics and practising professionals in all aspects of real estate research and practice.
