期刊简介：Ocean Development and International Law is devoted to all aspects of international and comparative law and policy concerning the management of ocean use and activities. It focuses on the international law aspects of ocean regulation, ocean affairs, and all forms of ocean utilization. The journal publishes high quality works of scholarship in such related disciplines as international law of the sea, comparative domestic ocean law and political science and the intersection of these disciplines with geography, shipping, marine sciences, and ocean engineering and other sea-oriented technologies. Submissions discussing policy alternatives and factors relevant to policy are welcome, as are contributions of a theoretical nature, within the legal context of the journal. Authors are accountable for the originality, validity, and integrity of the content of their submissions, and must abide by the Taylor and Francis AI policy , and with the editorial policies on authorship and principles of publishing ethics. Please note that Ocean Development and International Law does not permit the use of Generative AI tools (such as Chat GPT, Google Gemini, Claude etc) to generate substantive content in submitted manuscripts. Tools for spelling and grammar checking are permitted and do not need to be declared.
