期刊简介：Acta Metallurgica Sinica is a special journal focusing on metallurgy and metal materials, started in 1956, authorized by Chinese Association of Science and Technology, sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Metals, and undertaken by Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, published by Science Press. Professor Lee Xsun, a world-leading scientist in metal materials, acted as the first editor-in-chief of the journal. The current editor-in-chief is Professor Ye Hengqiang, a member of Chinese Academy of Sciences.Acta Metallurgica Sinica mainly publishes original research papers and also invited review papers in the field of metallurgy, materials science and engineering. It is a core journal in China with a long history and high academic impact.Since the establishment of the journal, Acta Metallurgica Sinica has firmly followed the correct publication guidance, implemented thoroughly all the policies and rules from the party and the government, served to the economy and the modernization of science and technology, and contributed significantly to the advancement of metallurgy and materials industry in China.

【译文】《金属学报》是一本专注于冶金和金属材料的专业期刊，始于1956年，由中国科学技术协会授权，中国金属学会赞助，中国科学院金属研究所承办，科学出版社出版。世界领先的金属材料科学家李旭孙教授担任了该刊的首任主编。现任主编是叶恒强教授，中国科学院院士。《金属学报》主要发表冶金、材料科学与工程领域的原创研究论文和特邀综述论文。它是中国历史悠久、学术影响力高的核心期刊。自创刊以来，《金属学报》始终坚持正确的出版导向，全面贯彻党和政府的各项政策和规定，服务于经济和科学技术现代化，对中国冶金和材料工业的发展做出了重大贡献。
