期刊简介：The Archives of Endocrinology and Metabolism - AE&M – is the official journal of the Brazilian Society of Endocrinology and Metabolism - SBEM, which is affiliated with the Brazilian Medical Association.Edited since 1951, the AE&M aims at publishing articles on scientific themes in the basic translational and clinical area of Endocrinology and Metabolism. The printed version AE&M is published in 6 issues/year. The full electronic issue is open access in the SciELO - Scientific Electronic Library Online e at the AE&M site: www.aem-sbem.com.From volume 59 on, the name was changed to Archives of Endocrinology and Metabolism, and it became mandatory for manuscripts to be submitted in English for the online issue. However, for the printed issue it is still optional for the articles to be sent in English or Portuguese.The journal is published six times a year, with one issue every two months.

【译文】内分泌与代谢档案 - AE&M 是巴西内分泌代谢学会 - SBEM 的官方期刊，隶属于巴西医学协会。自1951年起编辑，AE&M 致力于发表关于内分泌与代谢领域的基础、转化和临床科学主题的文章。AE&M 的印刷版每年出版6期。完整的电子版在SciELO - 科学电子图书馆在线和AE&M网站：www.aem-sbem.com上开放获取。从第59卷开始，期刊名称变更为内分泌与代谢档案，并要求在线版稿件必须用英语提交。然而，对于印刷版，文章用英语或葡萄牙语提交仍然是可选的。该期刊每年出版六期，每两个月一期。
